Description

This leadership position will be located in San Jose, CA, reporting directly to the Director of Business Management for the Cyber and SIGINT Systems Business Unit. The employee will be a dotted line to Shelia Van Groningen, the Operating Unit Director of ISR. The Business Manager will have two direct reports and approximately fifteen dotted line Program Control employees. The position will be responsible for the following activies: sales and margin reporting and forecasting, accounts receivable management, capital planning, asset management, indirect budgeting, proposal pricing strategy and development, to include IRR input, FFP production program control experience, EVMS experience, site business conduct officer, preparing and delivering briefings to senior management, and special projects as assigned. The position will require monthly trips to the Sacramento site office. Position requires a bachelors degree and 10 years of related experience. Security Clearance Required.
